I have more than 22 years of progressively responsible experience in the residential and commercial real estate industry. As a proven leader and manager of a successful real estate market center in the Stafford/Prince William/Spotsylvania County regions in Virginia. I work closely with all of our agents to maximize their profit share while also earning the highest possible rate of return for our investors that allow us to represent their REO properties. Employment History:
2003 to Present – Realtor, Keller Williams Realty, Fredericksburg and Stafford, VA
Owner of the Stafford market center and REO Division Leader. Built, trained and opened a Keller Williams Realty franchise in 2004 (we house over 115 agents), started a foreclosure REO division in 2007, realtor of the year for 2005 and 2007, ensure the highest level of service for my clients and I train and coach agents around the area on the tools that make us successful in real estate. My team and I rank 4th in our region for production.
2001 to 2003 – Realtor, Coldwell Banker, Fredericksburg, VA
Implemented and managed a management tool that houses over 5,500 contact names for buyer database and 1250 seller database, built a web site wwwCallNancyH.com. Developed a strong web based marketing plan.
1997 to 2001 – Property Manager, Drucker and Falk Property Management, Norfolk, VA
Managed staff 8 employees and 20 contractors, lease up for new construction of property, rent collections for 200 units, maintained the resident files for yearly audits, evictions, posted legal notices, handled resident complaints and concerns, and ensured the highest level of customer service. Implemented a resident retention program.
1985 to 1997 – Property Manager, Charles E. Smith Property Management, Crystal City, VA
Served as a leasing consultant, marketing specialist, leasing manager, assistant property manager, and senior property manager. Managed a staff of 48 employees and hundreds of contractors. Supervised the rehab of old buildings kitchen and bathroom programs, rent collections for 2000 units, maintained the resident files for yearly audits, evictions, posted legal notices, handled resident complaints and concerns, ensured the highest level of customer service.
